Education & Experience

1. Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or related field.

– 8+ years of experience in real estate development, liaison, or related field.
– Experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.

1. Skills:

– Strong knowledge of real estate development, laws, and regulations.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Certifications:

– Real Estate License (required).
– Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation (preferred).

Desirable Qualifications:

– Experience working in a real estate development company or related industry.
– Knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
– Experience with project management software and other real estate development tools.

Must Have

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head – Liaison (Real Estate) to join our team. As a Head – Liaison (Real Estate), you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic guidance on real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaison and Relationship Building:

– Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
– Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other events with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
– Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

1. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

– Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to real estate development.
– Provide guidance and support to the development team on regulatory matters.
– Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. Strategic Guidance:

– Provide strategic guidance on real estate development projects, including site acquisition, planning, and development.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
– Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns on investment for real estate development projects.

1. Project Management:

– Manage and coordinate projects related to real estate development, including site acquisition, planning, and development.
– Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
– Develop and implement project management plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
