Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our team. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your technical skills, knowledge, and expertise in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Training:

– Participate in on-the-job training, workshops, and seminars.
– Develop technical skills in [specific engineering discipline, e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil].

– Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing projects.
– Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in [relevant engineering discipline.

0-2 years of experience in engineering or related field

Must Have

– Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., PE, CE).

Desirable Qualifications:

– Relevant internship or co-op experience.
– Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
– Leadership or team management experience
