We’re seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory management, including experience with factory license renewal, pollution control board regulations, and boiler operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Factory Operations Management:
– Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
– Implement and monitor quality control measures.
– Manage factory staff, including training and development.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with factory license renewal regulations.
– Manage interactions with pollution control boards and other regulatory bodies.
– Oversee boiler operations and maintenance.
3. Safety and Risk Management:
– Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents.
– Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
4. Performance Improvement:
– Analyze factory performance and implement improvements.
– Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
– Minimum 15 years of experience as a Factory Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of factory license renewal, pollution control board regulations, and boiler operations.
– Proven track record of improving factory performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
– Excellent leadership and management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
