We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and skilled Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The successful candidate will provide administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
– Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
– Ensure the Managing Director’s office is organized and efficient.
– Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
1. Strategic Support:
– Provide strategic support to the Managing Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
– Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
1. Operational Support:
– Coordinate and manage projects, including setting priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
– Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
1. Communication:
– Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance.
– Prepare and distribute communication materials, including reports, presentations, and emails.
– Ensure that all communication is accurate, timely, and effective.
1. Confidentiality:
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Ensure that all confidential documents and materials are properly stored and secured.
