About the Role:
The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the vocational training institute, ensuring effective delivery of training programs, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
1. Manage center operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee maintenance of facilities, equipment, and resources.
3. Ensure health, safety, and welfare of students and staff.
Training and Delivery:
1. Monitor training programs’ quality, delivery, and assessment.
2. Ensure alignment with industry standards, accreditation, and funding requirements.
3. Manage training staff, including instructors and assessors.
Business Development:
1. Develop and implement business growth strategies.
2. Build relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Student Experience:
1. Ensure excellent student experience, support, and guidance.
2. Manage student recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
3. Foster a positive learning environment.
Financial Management:
1. Manage center budget, finances, and resources.
2. Ensure financial sustainability and viability.
Staff Management:
1. Supervise, motivate, and develop center staff.
2. Foster a positive work culture and team environment.
Quality Assurance:
1. Monitor and improve quality of training programs.
2. Implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
Marketing and Promotion:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
2. Promote the center and its programs to stakeholders.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in vocational education/training.
3. Proven track record in business development, staff management, and quality assurance.
4. Strong understanding of vocational training industry.
1. Postgraduate qualification in Education or Business.
2. Experience with accreditation and compliance.
3. Knowledge of local labor market and industry trends.
