Assistant HR _ Dewas
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support our HR department. The successful candidate will assist with various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and resolve benefits-related issues.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and spreadsheets.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Employee Relations: Provide support with employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
7. Special Projects: Assist with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy development.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
3. Skills:
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in HR software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Certifications: SHRM-CP, HRCI, or other HR certifications preferred.
