Job Description

Must Have

Able to review GFC co-ordinated drawings, technical details, shop drawings by vendors, BOM submitted by vendors etc.

2. Manage the installations of Electrical Equipments (LT & HT Panels, Power and Distribution Transformers, Overhead conductor and underground cabling of HT and LT Distribution) as per drawings with proper testing and commissioning.

3. Manage site material received with proper record and inspection as per approved make and technical specifications.

4. Manage to coordinate with other site team to achieve minimum reworks and speedy work progress.

5. Responsible to verification of submitted bills and measurement with proper records.

6. Day to day reporting in proper channel and maintain proper progress report as per schedule.

7. Responsible for site safety with proper process of works.

 

Skills and profile of Site Electrical Engineer is as follows,

1. Candidate should have BE or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

2. Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate development project.

3. Candidate should have experience up to 33kV Voltage level Electrical installation.
